Las campanas House is based on a splendid area of 1400m2 rich in varieties of trees for over 100 years inspiring in all time the architecture in constant communion with the generous nature outside. We retain the structural frames of the preexisting house to support the new residence retaking the general functions of each space and incorporating new uses related to the specific needs of a contemporary family. The esplanade reception with silica sand floor and marble granzón as a medieval square, is topped with a magnifi- cent Indian handmade piece in regional wood with marquetry of camel bones arranged as a gateway. The link between the outside and the inside is pushed to the limit by bringing plants and covers the floors at the construction flush eliminating the traditional step of the regional and conservative architecture, Landscape architecture is composed of native and introduced species, this plan included the formation of two artificial ponds, a small orchard and an aromatic garden complemented the existing landscape with trees.
