The challenge for this Project consisted in locating 40 people in a 490 sqm space. There are 8 main offices around the perimeter which allows us a better communication between them, knowing that they will always have better visibility of the place. Work teams where formed in four shared cases located in strategic zones to increase the communication between the employees but always knowing that each team has its own identity. Priority is given to the communal spaces, like the board rooms, the main one is located in an area of the building with a pleasant view for the occupants, it gives a floating sensation because the building has no architectural element that supports it. At the same time, the secondary offices are perimeter spaces of lower hierarchy where the same strategy of team work is used but always in communication with the others. The light on the project is a key element; it creates floating effects on the boxes, taking the idea from the board room. Wood is used as the main material to give a touch of elegance, quality and above all, comfort.
